8-29-2015 ad 12;10 pst Saturday.its Saturday at noon, my apartment is streaming with microwaves, I can see the glitter in the air. My Grandson Joey is coming home later from his Birthday party. he sleeps on the side of the building where the satellite microwaves are directed at. I've asked the D.U.M.B. Team to stop many times while he is here. he is only 7 years old and this wave could harm him or cause loss of life to him. I did spend the last week or so at my ex-husbands house in Roseville at the edge of placer county. While I was there the D.U.M.B. ( that has been physical, mentally hurting me and sexually molesting me, as they've done for over two decades now); continued to bombard my husbands trailer non-stop while I was there. And my apartment here where my grandson stays. Now this is not there territory but the D.U.M.B. Director paid the placer county D.U.M.B. to cook me there too. Now this person doesn't even live on the base. he has received over a BILLION dollars in revenues from the state of California in the past two and a half decades. all he does is rape the community of their children and youth, harass the state with microwaves and kill city officials and law enforcement people, while starting fires to homes and communities state wide and two or three states over. I would like to know why the community is paying the D.U.M.B. and why he has been running a campaign to kill me the past twenty years or so. and why is the D.O.D. allowed to kill the people they are suppose to defend during a time of war. why is the department of defense allowed to commit war on American citizens.This is becoming a communist country where everyone is harassed by their government and even disappear when the corrupt few get rid of the good ones who do their job properly. I hear the D.U.M.B. Director is waiting for his next check which is signed and given to him by one of the men in the D.U.M.B., there is a copy of this mans ego in every D.U.M.B. in different clones across the state. He signs the pay checks for director and divides the men's wages at the D.U.M.B. between them. they've been embezzling funds for quite some time now.
