The dumbs do this every night, when I go to sleep they turn it up. it looks like lighted see thru glitter in the air, but tonight I saw a pattern like Chinese checker boards in front of my eyes. this D.U.M.B. has been terrorizing me for the past 20 years with this stuff and I'm tired of it. There have been many people that have died from this wave statewide this month. And it's never going to stop until the state of California decides the taxpayers don’t want to spend money on this, and they don’t want to pay the Satanist directors of the D.U.M.B.s and the D.O.D. billions of dollars a year all over the United States of America tons of cash just to terrorize the citizens of this country.
