Fianna Celestina messages to Jesse Beltran the founder of ICAACT. International Center Against Abuse

These are messages that i sent to Jesse Beltran from my facebook to get help with removing my RFID CHIP that is located in the back of my neck. Jesse Beltran is the founder of ICAACT. "International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies" .All my messages have somehow been blocked or removed from his message box, even the ones that i paid to have delivered to his in box. The people who intercepted my messages are the Sacramento County D.UM.B.s Intel Group run by the State of California. which is the same group that tagged me with a chip in the story.: Conversation started January 13 Fianna Celestina 1/13, 9:54am Fianna Celestina omg!
