Did you know that Mrs Manglelah and Michael have been collecting welfare checks for children in the D.U.M.B. at another address. food stamps and money on EBT cards .She puts the money all back into one account some how by transferring funds. EBT cards are passed out to the men up top on the first sometimes as payment for the work. while Mrs Mangelah collects their paychecks in her account. this has been known to be done at the McClellan, Beal, & Mather AFB's and in surrounding areas of Sacramento ; she has been doing this for at least two years at all local counties in the surrounding area. maybe even longer since the 80,s .Stanislaus county being the most prevalent right now. Some of the hybrid race tells me, that the children there are left without food clothing and proper shelter. All of the children are kept in cages in the lower levels 8,9,10, and below that are the retilian and ant communities. some of the pond children are fed to the lower levels. and all the little bucket babies below that they clone for recreational use, are abused and starved to death everyday. they use these hybrid babies human/grey babies for special work. like keeping track of peoples time lines. and i am reporting the sexual abuse to the state today.. on my time line on my webpage on Facebook. Child Protective Services California law defines child abuse as any of the following:

A child is physically injured by other than accidental means. A child is subjected to willful cruelty or unjustifiable punishment. A child is abused or exploited sexually. A child is neglected by a parent or caretaker who fails to provide adequate food, clothing, shelter, medical care or supervision.

p.s. And... there is a child in protective services who is in foster care that has told these people about his life with the deep military underground and the psychiatrist thinks he is telling stories. and she hasn't reported it because they don't know who his family is yet. the police reported him as a runaway when they brought him in. And he is telling all sorts of stuff about the D.U.M.B. and his slave tag he has in his neck. and he still has his radio frequency tag in because the lady social worker hasn't checked to see if his story is true or not by checking him for implanted RFID chips.
