The reason you can't find who is in charge of that place is because they keep digging more tunnels off to the side of the old ones completely off base. there is a reptilian raptor pit down there. it was open to the surface but they sealed it off again. when u find those raptor men you will find the lair of Mr. Mangelah (Heinrich Muller and Michael combined. And some various other forms of the lab assistants) and Mrs. Mangelah AKA Dr. Kevorkian ( a lab assistant I call Wilma combined with Nancy and sometimes Bethany) that's Wilma fortress and they keep the reptilians there guarding the dungeon area below. Mrs Mangelah and Nancy always wear children's cloned bodies so they aren't attacked when their room are under siege by outsiders. so do all their minions. they may appear as teenagers and younger..They die down there every day. and the bodies are piling up fast. they just clone people down there to torture and kill them.and they've been kidnapping people from all over the world. this is a real world mixed in with a vibrational field world, plus virtual rooms exists there too; there have been since before they started communicating with me. there is also a paranormal world connected to all the D.U.M.B.s on the planet. these fuckers are so evil that their souls never leave the dark realms below and when their bodies are re-cloned they find themselves again and reunite the old soul with the new soul in the re-cloned entity. some of the slave race tells me they see other beings that used to be human walking in the vibrational realms and in the D.U.M.B.s rooms and corridors. they reside there with the evil that is within those places. these paranormal beings,; souls if you will call them that, actually sit in the rooms that they have to do evil to other human beings in, ..like the killing rooms they have for the slave holders. And some souls never reunite they just hang out waiting to collect other souls from people they kill down there. and some of the hybrid slave men tell me they have actually been taken to hell after they die and come back to join themselves when they are re-cloned down there. And Since i have told these slaves about the savior Jesus Christ, and the lord Jehovah, some of the slaves said they had talked to the light beings and that they were given certain instructions to keep their souls from going down the same path that leads them to hell. Some of them may have even actually made it to heaven. And Michael forbids them to practice their Christian religion there. Which some people did try to practice praying for help from the horror and terror of this place when i told them about Jesus Christ. Nancy actually cloned them a Christian preacher woman from the southern bible belt of the United States, Alabama; but Michael kills her every time he finds her at one of his D.U.M.B.s. they were really trying about a month ago to change their beliefs and try to stop the insanity there but the slaveholders have certain behavioral modification patterns they use on them to keep them in fear and they revert back to their old ways. now they have been losing hope of ever being free of the human slaughter house they live in. being recreated just to die a horrible torturous death is not that fun. sometimes they commit suicide in mass proportions just so they don't have to be tortured to death by the women and men in the lab areas and dungeons. Satanism is practiced daily with killing rituals and sodomy along with cannibalism. you need to cut the power off to those places before you go in there, because all the vibrational rooms are still in place and they can pop in and out of different rooms and even switch the room your in by moving another room in place of the one you are in. they also have generators and wormhole electricity that they run from other places; hooked up from vibrational field location to another. no one can see those power cords but the can be cut off by simply turning off the main breakers where they are stealing power or placing an object in front of the power outlet they are stealing from. you"re never gonna get rid of these fuckers unless you start filling their living areas with dirt, sand bags or cement. cus once you eradicate them someone always comes back from another place and sur-plants them again. the same exact people who where in there in the first place. they can't hide in the dark in there is no rat hole for them to hide in. and you'll never see them come and leave because they use time travel through vibrational fields to get from on location to the next. and Michael is at every D.U.M.B. on the planet. if you could use satellite equipment to find out where they have been tunneling it would be of help to you to find the hives matrix point.they steal electricity to run the vibrational rooms here at my sister's house every day .that's why her bill is so high. so when everybody here leaves during the day i turn the main breaker off. but they (the evil fuckers from the underground) just usually go get gas for their generators on state funded gas cards they've some how stolen from someone in this state or maybe another. and one of the slaves told me a few weeks ago that they were going to be able to use that card indefinitely because the states don't keep an very good watch on whose cars there filling up or who gets the card, or how much is allotted to the user. P.S. They've got a stargate keeper helping them move times and places around. fuckin up timelines and shit. and they can do that on a big scale because while i was in San Francisco on the Mune train i went thru two of the same stops twice. Williams station and the Carol station. and no one seemed to notice but me. and I've seen that happen more than a few times in the past. the same things passes me by twice...like a glitch or something. They even speeded my washer and dryer room one time at my moms house in Sacramento. they were fuckin playing games with me back then. i put the clothes in the dryer and sat down, then like Michael said to me "go check your clothes" and i told him "dude i just put those in, they're like heavy jeans and stuff they're not gonna be done" he said "just go look" and i said "okay'. and i did; and guess what. the clothes were bone dry. i guess they didn't want to sit at my moms house with me there that day so we went home early. that's when i lived at 1320 Nogales street. i got lots more odd incidences that i don't wanna go over right now. so take care and don't give up fighting these evil beings. they are a burden on humanity and do many evil things on this planet.The D.U.M.B.s here in the U.S. even start the Third World War in some future timelines and have blown up plenty of American government building underground here in the U.S. not to mention the evil they do abroad overseas.
