I call them jump tubes but about two years back people started stealing parts from each other for the jump tubes and some of them became inoperable.the newer forms of travel kinda look like vapor or dust clouds at first.but i can tell you from my own experience that it's completely silent because I've had people drop down in my room right behind me while i was laying on my bed and i heard him breathing thru a mask. that's because they have to stay in a time lock for a while sometimes until the computer can place them in an area in the room that is clear. this may take 5 to 10 minutes due to calculations of time, the earth movement and longitude, latitude and measurements of the floor. I guess he landed about an inch from the floor from the sound of the newspaper i had on the floor at the time. i think it takes about 3-6 seconds for them to form. they can't move till then or they won't be fully form. you can move objects thru them at this point and kill them if need be. they usually drop three at a time or however many the room will accommodate.they can continue this maneuver consecutively over and over ,. making it seem like there is an endless force of them but if you cut them down as there coming in they don't have a chance. it takes about 3 more seconds for them to gather their whereabouts and get their minds running. i figure u got about a 9 second lead on them and if you are precognitive its even better add another 6 seconds. your going to make a big mistake if you decide not to pursue this because all your efforts will come about in your favor in the end. you must preserver because these people change the future some of the time but they can't change it all of the time. please don't give up. there are a lot of slaves that are depending on your efforts to change the worse for a better future.the Hybrid Human/Grey slave races ask that you bring other law enforcement agencies with you team besides your own department to make it official.
