Things to help you get rid of vibrational rooms and beings stalking you in your house and your personal space and being. Listed in numbers but not in relationship as to the order of you.. Just some of the things I do to fight back when the deep underground military stalks and harasses me in my home and outdoors. These things I do help break up vibrational rooms put in your homes and around your body. And detour villains of the deep.thought I should help a person out before my family succeeds in poisoning me.

1.turn on all fans in the home.

2.do a headstand. Move about violently and roll around to break vibrational rooms attached to the body that house the vibrational stalkers. This helps to smash the cages attached to your being.

3. Empty the refrigerator and get in it with a breathing tube to the outside. Use it as a "Faraday box" for your body. Helps break radio signals directed at the body and home. This will help protect you during an attack.

4.take a cool or lukewarm bath to cool vibrational heat attached to head and body.

5. Wet a towel with cold water to wrap the head. Cooling and lowering brain temperature. Put ice in a towel and wrap the neck and head in the towel.

6. use 10-20 sheets of foil inside a baseball cap to reflect harp signals from beaming on your head. If you see any type light and shadow combination spiraling flashing light about your person or going around in your home, you are being harp waved. This can be very painful.

7.all types of body insulation help. I found that polyester and nylon and acrylic blankets and clothes buffer the waves the send to agitate the human nervous system. Real fur, fake fur, styrofoam, insulation foam.. Trying to absorb the wave and shatter it is better then buffering it but all combinations can and will work. Running from the sound vibrational waves is not always a good idea, it's exhausting and tiring. And pills Downers and alcohol are temporary and can cause death when trying to block it with meds..

8. Of course any military radio wave smasher can help. In home and attached to the top of your car. This may be temporary if the decide to bring out the high beams on your ass.. A shadow pinwheel could mean imminent death. Locate yourself between cement or other objects that absorb the wave. Ive noticed here in Sacramento California it comes from the south west. If you see a red or blue laser beam form you will be eliminated without anyone's knowledge ..my advice is to move to a river area and jump in so that the water can take you down steam and off grid and lower your temp. Plus its hard to focus on a moving object. Longer for them to complete the job.less likely for them to even start. Swift movement is needed when attacked by red or blue Lazar . I'm sure they come in other colors, a metal helmet may come in handy.

9. I have used my motorcycle helmet and placed myself in a closet at my home surrounded by boxes of clothing and aluminum metal.it did help absorb the wave and saved me that day.it was too hot for me to travel by foot.

10.make sure you stay liquified. Lots of water. When you have electrical currents aimed at you from military satellites or hidden vibrational equipment.( Like I mean its in your home or vicinity but can't be seen). Salt and lemon aid are best. Salt helps the nervous system regain its useful next and soothes the nerve end fibers that are affected from this sort of lethal weaponry. Your skin will become very dry and crispy looking when microwaved by these types of electrical waves. It may even appear to be sunburnt. Heat stroke can occur if dehydrated.

11. Please DO NOT DIET.fat insulates the body from the vibrational waves. Which is why im still here. Eat everyday and stay healthy. Fat is a great insulator. But remember also to stay cool. Lowering body temperature daily will be helpful and soothing to your skin and head.exercising is a good idea. For your heart will need to be strong also.

12.sometimes vibrational rooms are attached to the home businesses or even neighborhoods by wormhole electrical usage, that means your footing the bill for all the shit they do to you at your home. Yup yup. They just plug into your internet and home devices. Electricity is a must and they use it often from your location. What a fucking bummer huh. Well my suggestion. Is to turn off the main circuit breaker and use candles os something. Never leave the electricity on when you leave the home. Shut down at main breaker. If you can't go off grid on this one make sure you shut down every circuit breaker but the room you are using. Heck sometimes they even put full hospital generators in your room in a vibrational wormhole room inside your home.,. its all science dude don't ask me how they do it. They just do.i have a cure for that. Yeah. Any wind of even metal poles can and should be used to sweep the rooms and ceilings periodically. I personally like to use any type of electrical cord to spin thru the room or when im outside a long wire truck antenna can clear a space of twenty to thirty feet, up and down swirling motions are essential. Don’t forget the ground. U like to clear my campground sights outside with this method before I sleep.

13. Now I don’t want to scare you but.these fuckers have butt loads of cloning ponds that they use in clone wars in vibrational rooms and areas beneath the base on base in government and state buildings and such/\,\. not to worry.n need t get excited when your ears start ringing. Yeah no shit. Just take out a broom or pole or metal something,,keys anything swing it around. ..,don’t forget they reload their shit into the area again right after. From a computer from a different time frame earlier before you fucked their shit up. It's like yeah I'm back. They may have unlimited loading but that’s a waste if they get stuck reloading continuously. Theses fuckers that stalk me only reload fifty time. Let the ceiling fan and room fan do the job for you. It's unbelievable I know but they can load a whole person small being usually grey hybrid, into a space shrunk the size of a whole square inch. The do this by placing the vibrational antennas, (these look like the little cell phone antennas used on buildings and such() placing a grey head ripped from its body and stuck on the antenna and this type of spying is used so they can sense, see, and predict futures in your time frame. No to mention total mind control by the grey slave entity and as a weapon to the human mind. They just stab the poor little fellow in his vrational box and he becomes volatile toxic to humans causing vomiting mental pain and severe hemorrhaging stroke heart attack and death to other beings in the vicinity. No bueno. The grey mind is so magnificent it can create and survive with its own electrical impulses for a half hour or so without the body attached. This is a horrific tragedy for the grey man whom I dearly love. Very well situated in the white slave classes of the hybrid man. Visa vie the programmmers.many of these magnificent beings (the Greys) are forced to do thing the don’t like, they depend on their human counterparts for food water shelter and clothing. That’s another story.they are very lovely beings . Im very sad for them.they are tortured and killed daily by their militant masters. Used for sex and such by fags and killer sociopaths as I've stated before. Violent retribution happens to them everyday for disobeying the white underground slave holders. Please forgive them.

14.of lately ive been wearing wire fixture about my body. This helps by causing them harm when being attacked vibrationally. A chain mail vest worn under your garments or even chicken wire cuts the vibrational being into pieces and causes a reload. Which means if they keep reload time after time they will eventually come to the point where they stepped out of their cloning ponds. Even to time of conception if not monitored by the topside militant base keepers.

15. If things get really bad you may want to leave the country. Of course I cant cus im tooo fucjking poor but it may work for a rich. I doubt maybe. Cus guess what., they e American military base globally and these fuckers stick together. Yeah, yeah . Fuck them I say.

16.Vacumming daily may remove any vibrational RFID tags dropped in your vicinity and outdoors. That means you can't see the tags they drop. The are invisible. Existing in your room and another room on the base or other place set in the same time and space.dont ask me to explain it, ask Michio Kaku. Im sure he know. Quantum physics.. Please empty the bag in the trash.. Aluminum trash can would be best..

17. If you want to be sure you are tag free before you leave home put everything into the freezer the night before you leave home. This lowers the vibrational tags and sometime they even drop from objects and garments

.if they really want to fuck with you they will Sauder the vibrational tag onto an item in a vibrational room. They like steal your shit out of your house ..take it to their vibrational lab and heat the tag onto the object. Yup I hate that one. And yes they can appear in your home without a sound. My dog didn’t even hear them when they came into my room. The man landed on the newspaper in my room and took three breaths in and out and then disappeared. Keeping all open space filled with objects is essential to your livelihood. Even places on high. Vibrational plains can be built at any level. You gonna get jumped dude. Stay in shape and carry a weapon when alone or with friends.these people know no boundaries. DO NOT LEAVE WITH THEM. 18. Storage in metal locked containers is suggested when you don’t want people to mess with food stuffs and medicines. I was actually drugged by my liquid eye drops they tainted for my contacts. I couldn’t even move. If you think you are going to be stalked by these people do not leave any food or thing you might take by mouth or even put on your skin. They fuck with everything. When in doubt throw it out. That’s what I say.. These fuckers play dirty every time. And remember a grey man can make you see many things. Reality is not always as it seems. . these people will poison you drug you and kill you for just a mere jealousy of thing in your future or for political reasons. 19. Another thing ive been doing since they seem to have attached vibrational boxes to every part of my body. Causing me pain on my body and headaches. Nausea, and other ailments. I stand in front of a kitchen burner hot plates. The vibrational boxes are running at frequencies higher to then the frequencies we exist in so when the temperature goes up so does the heat in there box. And the boxes will be melted and burned. They pop back into place, but not every D.U.M.B. MASTER has enough people to reload into "Oblivion". Get what I mean. So if you really want to fuck their shit up I suggest this method. Cus im tired of running from room to room and city to city.. I simply wet my hair and clothing down and get as close to the red hot burner as possible. I try to locate the heat in the direction I hear there voices or to the vibrations a they create on my body. Sometime I heat each side and back of my body. They taag everything I wear and even own with these vibrational tags. As I said before you may want to store your items in the freezer before use.

20. Another good idea ive done and it works when I cannot store stuff in the fridge or freeze is to get a steel pot.. A big one the I put my items in theses pots and cover them. This will let the vibrate down thru the fabric or item and it will end up at the bottom of the pot.

21.wrap your head in layers of foil and rip places to breath and see in them when under attack. Now I have another method too. I get those windshield sun visors. The bubble one with aluminum foil coating. I tape them together and use this as a protective wrap when under attack. A FEMA foil blanket can be used also but I think its best to use the foil wrapped plastic. Works for me. Then I just tell them to all go fuck off and Die. Works for me. Im a free bitch In America mother fucker. Don’t tread on me.im catch one of those mother fuckers in my home and imma gonna kill them. That’s a fuckin promise.

22. Another good thig is to sleep with your weapon close bye.yup. I sleep with my swordS in hand when i sleep alone in my room for good reason. Thoses fiucker drop in on yeah all the time.they always be stalking people.yup.

23. Remember that when you are stalked by these people they usually put vibrational cages all around you. From top to bottom. Going for walks and moving up and down the stairs in your home can be bothersome for them if they are short staffed.

24.dont leave your family unprotected or alone. By a big fuckin dog. Like two of them.make sure your wife and children know how to use a gun and weapons. Safety first please. Remember you have a right o bear arms in your own home and a right to privacy. Another thing they violate across America. More broken civil right perpetrated on humanity in a vibrational world. 25.Plant many trees and shrubbery around your home. Rose bushes and such, make sure your dog patrols the property.animals can hear sound frequency changes in the area even if you can't see them they are there. So if your dog is barking and jumping at something that is not there. Use a sword or POLE OR BROOM OR WIRE TO Pummel AND WHIP THE AIR. THIS COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE. This interferes with their movement in the room and ends there vibrational life after they appear in place WHEN THE VIBRATE DOWN IN A ROOM.

26.BUILD AN UNDERGROUND PANIC ROOM AND AN UNDERGROUND ESCAPE ROUTE IN CASE OF THESE TYPES OF INTRUDERS

30 build your home with many different textures of material. For insulation against the haarp microwaves and vibrational beings, like cinderblock filled with sand, terracotta tile roof and siding, cement siding, chicken wire to keep them from coming through the walls, aluminum siding. Glass indoor tile. Wire windows. Protective metal covering for the windows and doors at night. Wood and foam and paper insulation. Solar panel on the southeastern side to absorb the waves and on top of the roof. Between the solar panels and the housing wall a waterfall to cool the southern eastern side of the house running over the side of the roof down the side of the wall. 32. When under attack the area can get very hot. Swamp coolers and area venting is best to remove heat from the area in the summertime. Just in case you cannot afford a home in Canada like me.or move to the Antarctic hahaha yeah right.

33.oh my goodness. I almost forgot. Microwaves are radiation.so don’t forget to use iodine salt and pills. This is going to help your body survive longer because once these militant assholes start this shit. It's never ending. Plan a life time duration of arash of radiation microwaving shit. It even will pass onto your children. So try to stay in the area so your family has roots, where people in the know, know what you’ve been up against. It doesn't really help to run .i know cus I did this and they are always with me.they never leave you. The reason they do that is because they are trying to kill you. So once they have your card. You can bet your gonna get spaded out of existence. Don’t panic or get upset it doesn't help.dont even bother telling anyone they won't believe you.my whole family thinks im fucking crazy and ive seen a lot of weird shit in my life time ,,,more than most people, ill save that for my book. 34. Always make sure you have a place to observe your home before you return to. To take notice of any changes. Sometimes the wave looks like waves of water in the air. Or even glittery sparkly air.in front of you. I wear a foil face and head mask when glittery air appears in the home and I need to sleep.it may lower the sound vibration waves and help you sleep. Because these types of waves can keep you awake all night. This is part of their terrorizing tactics

35. Never attach a satellite dish to your home. That’s just asking for trouble, ground cable is best and ground internet and phone lines. . . remember they can even vibrational drone your home I've seen two drones at a time hover over my place of residence at night bringing in waves and placing mars for other government attack strategies against my home..

36. And last but not least... make sure your pets have a place they can hide from these individuals while you are gone from home. Because these types of human underground being desire to hurt animals and children. And often do while you are gone from your home. Never leave your family alone without protection or someone to watch over them while you are gone.. You have to remember. These types of people kidnap women and children and men, the kill and eat them and your pets. They are sociopaths and have no remorse or regrets. They grow humans for food consumption. So while you are looking at your family and pets with love,,,they see nothing but food and sadistic torture of pets and people. The are sadist and that’s a fact. They even eat their own families they clone in the ponds.they ares satanist and worship death and the devil. 37. If all else fails and you and your family are still in danger of being microwaved or laser tagged head to a hospital emergency room. A police station or a nearby school. Theses areas are not permitted to be under microwave attacks. This is forbidden by the USA military, you should feel some ease in your pains at these locations. The people in charge of this type of equipment can get into a lot of trouble with the federal government agencies who run these types of programs. Keep air-conditioning running. especially in the summer. it lowers the vibrational rooms existing in your own space. use FEMA blankets of plastic foil or aluminum covered bubble sun-visors on arms legs and torso . tape these protective covering with duct tape and the put clothes on over them. this method works best in the winter. it can be hot a sweaty if it gets hot.in an emergency, when you cant get to help or any other stuff you usually use for protection ; when under attack: bury cover you body in wet or damp sand or earth, and even snow; leaving the head out enough to breath. any type of wet clothing helps. and if you have a neck RFID tag or any other tag in arms back or hand; a foil covering of 30 sheets of foil, taped together plus.... golfing tape of lead taped in strips along the surface ...full cover please. plus a magnetic type of tape also. this helps ruin the processes of the radio frequency identification tag and hide the signal . cover any area affected with rfid tags. then place a wet towel over it for extra protection. you signal may not be completely hidden but it is greatly diminished. other vibrational tags are hard to find. these kind cant be seen or felt. being they were heat injected into your flesh in a vibrational plain connected to your body. not seen by the human eye., but over time they will surface as the white form of cancer. i have removed on such nugget of cancer from my arm. please use "greys anatomy" before operating. many nerves lie in the flesh. they appear as long spaghetti like noodle looking stringy things. they are painful to touch even if numbed. always cut muscle with the grain of the flesh. you can make a surgical type of numbing solutions with "solar-cain" and "ambuysol" tooth numbing gel for tooth aches. these products have lido-cain in them and can be used in concentrated forms to numb the skin for surgery.. mix the two in a small pot or cup, and let dehydrate a few days before using. in a emergency just place many layers on before preforming your tag removal. surgical blades can be ordered on line from Walmart and other venders.

while doing your surgery you can spay the solar-cain in intermediately during removal. please sterilize with alcohol or any type of vodka 80 proof will do. be ready to butterfly tape. after surgery. Remember even if you get the rfid chip out of your body , there will still be the unseen vibrational ones. and of couse your neck tag. which is where mine is. ive tried to remove it myself. but to no avail. you see after twenty years or more the skin has become very tuff in that region. not only that there are many criss-crossed layers in the back of the neck not to even mention the map of many nerves lying in the muscles. i tried to cut the area with surgical blades and it...,. only left a scratch. this is caused by the radiation from the radio waves connected to the rfid chip.. i try to keep mine covered for health reasons. but i can still here theses people through my chip even when its covered. last but not least and this one your gonna need help for. yup full proof as fuck .i haven't done it because im not sure of the voltages to melt the chip and core but i think its 60 watts. for ten seconds three consecutive zaps. with a "high voltage taser", i haven't done this yet because i dont know how the brain will react or if it will effect the spinal column and nerves within. or if i will need medical attention when done my rfid tag is slightly off center in the neck to the left of my spine... high in a crease as to leave no scars. im not sure how they put it in but it goes off with a radio wave detector. i also have an antique one in my head on the same side i can measure with the radio frequency detector in my left eye socket under the front of my frontal lobe skull bone. if you plan on using my last method of escape from your rfid tag please ask a person you trust to assist you.and remember the government put them in there so don't be surprised if you end up with a more at a later date or even right before you decide to use this removal method.

wearing kevlar hoodies and jeans . you can buy them on ebay reasonably, and wearing wet clothing helps too. And if you sit on a pile of sand at the beach or any other place where there is piles of sand. because the vibrational boxes they place around you, have no place to land and settle upon. all the vibrational equipment will sink on this plain unless there is solid ground in the other vibrational field which is usually different but often has the same materials like rocks or sand i the area. especially when its next to the ocean. sometimes there may even be a mountain or valley in the same space you w=dwell in that has a flat surface.and water in a pool is great when your getting cooked by microwaves.. unless of course your vibrational wave turns into a laser beam then your fucked.i've sat through a harp wave. it was like a spinning shadow coming from my back side and i could see it on the ground no matter where i walked. that one is very dangerous. i was lucky that it was winter and i sat outside my home as close to the wall as i could.i sat there all night till it diminished. if you need to escape an area make sure to wet yourself down before leaving, wrap foil and a wet towel around your head.window sun visor with foil works in a pinch. i recently have been youing the gel technologies cooling pads and pillows and foam mattresses. it works well to absorb some of the radiation microwaves.. ill try to keep updating this for people who need it . when i get new ideas that really work. p i put foil i my baseball cap too. that helps a lot too.n every day im tortured by theses radio frequency vibrational waves that the underground military focus at my home where ever i love and my family .. so its an on going thing for me everyday. i've been sleeping in wet clothes for the last two night. it eases some of the stinging those types of waves cause. right now im wearing a wet towel on my head. if it gets too intense you can add ice packs to the areas effected by this microwaving..

i wanted to reiterate the importance of cooling and covering your head; protecting it from vibrational wave, microwave produced by high frequency radio tower and cell towers and satellites. the first important thing is to stay calm. next is to be prepared for the worst, which could be extreme heat and pain brought on by government hybrid technologies. to be prepared you need too have at all times at hand protective wear or protective shielding for heat absorption and for cooling the skin and vitals body parts like the head, especially the head. if you start to hear a loud ringing its definite that your in a radio frequency steam or you have been targeted to be eliminated or driven from your home. which has happened to me many times.i never leave my home now because i follow all my teachings that i am leaving to you know. first lets discuss cooling systems. a fan will work for cooling and air condition but in an emergency or frequent attacks i use pre-cooled items i put in the refrigerator. i have a lead collar and a towel or cool gel technologies memory foam neck support i use every night. my gel mattress worked great till my son needed it for his bed. guess i will have to buy another one. i wrap that around me. it just foam really but with more micro holes in it. on top of that i cover my head with car visors made of aluminum foil and bubble wrap. which are very popular and cheap. i get them at the 99 cents store and the dollar store. i also made a blanket to cover my whole body out of these visors which is a great relief and can be rolled up and taken anywhere when under massive attacks on your body and person. when i have high velocity waves coming in i use regular or heavy duty aluminum foil which is what the little grey men showed me to use.it must be sealed tightly around the head and neck with a small hole for your mouth sometime i just leave it on with out a hole. i suggest that your wear all these things at once to get the best results. i do frequently. i always sleep in the visors and neck cooler. I've even bought gel eye covering found in a beauty supply for women, used to sooth the eyes, i also suggest you put a damp or wet towel over that to protect yourself . don't forget your base ball cap with foil in it. ten or more sheets if possible. you may have to buy a bigger hat to fit it. change it often like every month. because it becomes degraded over time. a wet towel works better. worn around the neck and head. you can keep all these items n the refrigerator or the freezer. i prefer the freezer.all these things do sooth the suffering of being micro waved by the underground government militant;elitist called the deep underground military bases. and the all seeing eye hybrid peoples. the Illuminati is ones of those branches formed by the earliest peoples here in the united states that has been corrupted over time to serve the greedy overseers of the nations unseen government intelligence agencies. remember cool and protect. or your gonna have a stroke or heart attack. take lots of aspirin too. that keeps your head from swelling and your body at a lower temp. .i suggest you do not use other pain relievers but in a pinch i guess you can take what you have available. use other Analgesic except for Chlorphen-12 Chlorpheniramine Maleate. hats what i use for swelling and relief to the head. its an allergy medication.i use that with aspirin aspirin works in the pain site while Tylenol works by blocking the pain receptors in your head. maybe a combination will work best.. ithe grays told me that i am the longest living sole survivor of these types of radio frequency attacks on human kind of any living race on the planet. so you can use my info or not best of luck to you. moving is not an option for me so i chose to protect myself.. all my advise is from trial and error. i many of my protective advise should be combined. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AS YOU WILL GET DEHYDRATED FAST. KEEP IT HANDY AND IN YOUR CAR AND HOME . MAKE SURE ITS BOTTLED AND SEALED AS THESE PEOPLE FROM THE UNDERGROUND WILL TRY TO POISON YOU TOO.
