2 men in a car from the dumb west of my location took man from the other side of the river here and rape and then ate him in the car sometime in the evening yesterday. It was to replicants. They look very much alike/ they are going to be preying on the homeless near the water and lake areas in Sacramento and Folsom area. This will be all summer season. One of the men were upset because he thought another driver near by in a stop light area had seen the femur bone on the floorboard of the car..these underworld replicants will be rolling in the evening near the bike trails by The Ridge and other areas such as negro bar. They still have the man's wallet and id from inside it. He had some cash and it was a California id. He had some weed. It was a large amount. The men are from faction of the underworld tribes and part of the communities that dwell above ground. The programmer's sons. And I heard of a female named Megan that had some connections above. She was running from the law last night also. They altered it thru the time wormhole many times last night to avoid detection.$ 500.00 in weed was stolen so I guess they had planned this or were a talking the fellow. I don’t know how Megan and this dead fellow were in connection with each other but she may have been a friend or girlfriend of this dead fellow. Probably a set up o f planning to meet for a rug deal. Then killed him and ate him. These people are raised as cannibals so they always see other humans as food. Especially the young. These are the people from the ALL SEEING EYE clans of America.. EATERS OF THE FLESH!!!!

ANOTHER THING ID LIKE TO SAY IS THAT PEOPLE FROM THIS COMMUNITY HAVE BEEN LEAVING THEIR CHILDREN IN MY PRESENCE AT THE POOL AREA UNATTENDED.. and what they don’t know is that the community of the underworld looks at people and thing through my eyes. It's very disturbing because I know for a fact they pick and chose people's DNA from all communities to breed for food and for children. And when you are around me they can open up vibrational rooms from my location in any area any steal from any shopping mall etc., etc.. And when they do that they come with vibrational tags rfid tag the others they want to nab or violate by invading their homes in a vibrational field. You can't see them. As I've explained to you before they steal whole families from their homes and replace them with clones. They have been doing that for since the centuries and they wont stop till they are eradicated from the planet earth. 200 years for this area. I know they talk to other people through radio waves attached to the premises in their homes and it disturbs me that they don’t realize how dangerous it is to expose your families to these people fo the underground. They are endangering their children's lives and future of here families. R.K. I should remind you that this is the community that gave me my RFID tag. 20 some years ago. i was tagged in my sisters home, here on The Ridge. I work up with a sore itchy neck.
